It is very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and well equipted (the kitchen is full of everything that you might need for cooking). We were staying here with 2 kids and we loved the place which was close to the seaside and the beautiful promenade to Cascais. Also, it is very easy to reach Lisbon by the train, the train stop is few minutes walk from the apartment. Paulo was very responsive and super friendly. Lovely little room right on the beach road and great for a very short walk to see the crashing waves on the coast. Also a BP gas station right next door for food snd sundries.
