Everything starting with: -the unparalleled location -the beach at the resort -quiet and relaxing accommodation (we had the room with the private pool) -hearing the ocean in the evening from our patio -the restaurant vibe and the food -the cool beach bar This was our 2nd stay at this resort after we spent out honeymoon here back in 2018. Overall we found the place better than the 1st time. This says a lot as we loved it the 1st time around as well.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the sound of the waves made it so relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for unwinding. We spent such wonderful days in Sao Miguel, at Bela Vista. Solmar. José was a lovely host, welcoming us at the apartment with a smile and excelent tips on what to do in Ponta Delgada. The place was very clean and had all the appliances needed for our family to feel at home!! We had a terrific vacation at his apartment and we will sure come back.!!

beach, breakfast, staff, quirky/eccentric decor. The staff were so friendly, the view on the beach was exquisite, restaurants nearby were great. There were other travelers in the area but it still felt local.

The property was cleaned everyday, also our room. We had big kitchen with fridge and all cooking supplies (some of them could be replaced, but we managed to cook everything we wanted). The staff was super nice and friendly. We asked for gluten free breakfast (bread) and also got it.
