Lovely villa in central Machico - perfect base for exploring Madeira and a few metres from a sandy beach. Exactly as described with everything you could need. Hosts were brilliant, very responsive and were able to answer any questions we had. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

The property is in very good location, with very nice surroundings. The rooms were clean and the stuff changed the beds and cleaned the room every single day. The manager is a nice person, easy to communicate with. The raport value-quality was very good.

A lovely location with a view of the sea and mountains from the windows. The host was welcoming and helpful. Easy lift to 4th floor, good wifi and 2 TVs, coffee machine, kettle and microwave, cooker with hob, fridge freezer, washer and drier. Large living room, comfortable bedrooms and good shower. A good range of good value cafes, restaurants and bars a very short walk away but not noisy at night. A selection of small shops in the historic town nearby, 2 large supermarkets and the bus station about 10 mins walk away, a car hire opposite the building. A choice of south facing stony and sandy beaches with showers, toilets and food outlets. Water sport providers on the beach, fitness equipment and whale watching. Challenging hilly walks from the town and flat levada (narrow canal) walks a short bus ride away. A great location for a quiet romantic holiday or an active trip.

Situated on the island of Madeira, the Dom Pedro Madeira is located on the beach of Machico Bay.

1. The key to 1 room stopped to work after we walked to the beach. The reception personal replaced it very fast. 2. Breakfast was delicious, plain on fruits and boissons, great choice of warm and cold dishes. 3. The view from the balconies of our rooms are awesome - to the beach, promenade, cliffs ....... Unexpected! 4. The beds are perfect!

Amazing apartment, everything you need and plenty of space. The couple who own it are lovely, very helpful and friendly, without being overbearing at all. Great location near to plenty of restaurants and swimming spots.

Views are stunning, it has everything there you could need for cooking, swimming, toys, washing ect very comfortable for a family. Very big villa with lots of space, all the bedrooms are outstanding with ensuites in all. Nice salt water pool.

I liked everything, the reception staff is very polite and kind, they will always help and answer, the breakfasts are excellent, the location of the hotel is good, the hotel itself is beautiful, lots of greenery, beautiful plants, flowers and trees, thanks to each employee for their hospitality, for their work and responsiveness, we didn’t want to leave you, we will definitely come back again!
