One of the best places, to stay in Encarnapcion. Maybe bit outside of the city, but the city is so small, you can walk to the city center in 30 minutes maximum. The rooms were basic, but more than enough, with fresh cold water, a kitchen, air condition and a good dailly breakfast. Also the owner is really nice and helpfull, giving tips what to see or will make a laundry for you.
