Location, facilities, pools, and above all – the staff – absolutely first-class. Everything is thoughtfully designed, modern, and immaculately maintained. The service is warm, professional, and consistently attentive – whether at the front desk, by the pool, or in the restaurants. Hospitality here is clearly not just a word, but a lived value. The food? Simply outstanding. A wide variety, fresh ingredients, and creative dishes. From breakfast to dinner, everything was on point. I particularly appreciated the mix of international options with refined local touches. Even as a frequent traveler, I discovered new culinary highlights. That said – we’re giving this hotel a full 100 out of 100. The positives far outweigh the few minor issues. Breakfast was good with different choice and very clean area to sit. All staffs were helpful and kind. Location was perfect for us as we found a Masjid just at the back of hotel and 5 to 10 mins walk to Mall.
