Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone from the front of house staff to the breakfast team were kind and welcoming to our family and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Great to have free water while around the pool.

The staff were phenomenal- special shout out to Alamgir, Hamidul, Mohasin from the butler and food services, Rahma and Bourhan from the breakfast dining hall place for their impeccable services, and for taking care of our every need. They truly were exceptional. Loved the vibe and music at Sax whilst the food at Novikov was excellent. The room was big and spacious and the bed heavenly! Lovely Christmas tree and decor too.
