From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

Upon arrival, I was assisted by MOHCEN BENSAADA a staff member who facilitated an early check-in, making the process smooth and efficient.
