The staff are nice and very respectfull.
The lady in the reception was soo nice, she offered a free extra bed for us.
Mr. Micky mouse was very nice to the kids during the breakfast.
Mr. Khaled played Mario movie to my kids in the cinema, with a continuous smile on his face.
They allow late check out for IGH members (4:00 pm)

The studf from the reception to the time of leaving were very helpful, give you a great hospitality with a big smile. The beach was very good, restaurant was perfect with skilful chef and professional waiters and they have a good activities that you can do to give your holiday much more fun. I think it is the best beachfront hotel I stayed in in the Eastern province and I almost tried most of them 😂😂

The facility is very clean and comfortable.
The hotel has its own private beach
The staff was very cooperative specially Bell Boy Ijaz and the hotel allowed an early check in

Everyone is nice and very helpful. They are very welcoming and the surroundings are very pretty with a beach view. It wasn't also too expensive which was good too.

We enjoyed a wide array of delicious food with an international breakfast buffet plus a beautiful beach view.
My daughter wants to come back because of the pool, we enjoyed swimming there together.
