We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The property is very exclusive, heaven on earth type of style. as you come in, the staff will help you with the luggage, the door man is always friendly and they great you with a nice fruit fresh and a towel to refresh. The staff is always taking care of the hotel, they bring you water in their own bottles and the food is great. The view is magnificent, they have gardens everywhere, you can go to the daily yoga and you have one complementary hour of a water sport

Very clean hotel, wet cleaning every day, leaving the room in the morning and already washed and smells in the hallway. Spacious room with iron, ironing board, coffee maker, washing machine. Towels are changed every day. Air conditioners work so that the room is really cool. Very polite and attentive staff. Especially I want to note Christine, she is always on call, very nice. Painted us TOP places that are worth visiting on the island. It’s nice to be allowed. It is very nice when we were allowed to stay in the room until the late departure and did not take money from us, Christine for such a bonus special thanks 💓 . In the yard there is a shower, which is very convenient when you can wash the sand off the beach.

The location is excellent with pool villa rooms which is what we stayed in having excellent views of the ocean . The private pool was a good size and clean and surrounded by calming greenery . The staff were extremely attentive , service was very good and so was the food. It had the perks of being a quiet resort with all the comforts of a big brand .

It is a little bit costly, but if you forget about the money, everything else is great! We had a flight early in the morning, but they provided early check-in and late check-out without additional cost, which was very nice!
