No included breakfast, but a kitchenette for cooking! Building is old but delightfully retro-staff was helpful and friendly. We were 4 adults in a small space, 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa. Picnic table on porch overlooking the beach. Restaurants with live musik, family friendly.

The host was very kind and helpful. The house was really clean and very spacious. It looks way smaller on the photos than it is in real life. The location is really nice with a sea view.

It’s a perfect place to rest and relax. The upstairs family room and deck had a gorgeous view of the sea. Great rental for a group, good indoor and outdoor spaces, for both winter and summer. It was lovely.
