The staff is super friendly and helpful, they even lent us a scooter for free for an hour (We needed to go downtown and the bikes were not usable). The room was clean and they clean it every day if you want to. The pool is clean. The view from the room is nice. We had dinner and the dishes were very good . The hotel is a 5 min walk from small restaurants and 7eleven. The people on the street are friendly and no one wants to sell you any souvenir . We decided to stay one more day....

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a private villa with sea-view and pool and it was indeed great and indeed private. The bathroom is huge, like I have never seen before and wonderfully decorated, there were two bathrooms actually (a small toilet room also), the bed was very confortable, the pool view from bedroom and living room was great. We had complementary breakfast and all the beverages and fiid in the fridge were included. The gardens are amazing…. So relaxing to watch and take a walk. The infinity pool was perfect and there were always beds available at the pool and in the beach. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety. In my opinion all the rooms facing the garden are great! We felt sorry to leave and our stay could have been longer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Movenpick Pool Villa for a weekend staycation, and I cannot express enough how delightful the experience was. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply perfect. The architecture was stunning, blending modern amenities and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The villa staff (Khun kran and Khun Por) were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. Their professionalism and attentiveness were commendable, ensuring that our every need was met throughout our stay. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. And there was a small issue with the air-conditioning in one of the room and they got it fixed instantly! They definitely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
