This resort ist ideal for couples who want a mix of luxury, seclusion but also a bit of entertainment and lots of things to do. The tents are extremely cool and well built. The resort's beach club is a great place to party as a couple. I can definitely recommend this resort for a couples getaway. The staff is amazing and so is the quality of service and everything else in this resort.

Every member of staff, from management, reception, housekeeping, restaurants etc.. were all super friendly and very helpful. The kids loved the pools and the various play areas and the breakfast buffet was a hit with the whole family. Also all loved the lovely beach front setting. in addition to the hotel restaurants, pool side bar/cafe and the on sight beach front Starbucks! there were a range of great cafes ad restaurants on the doorstep too. This was our second time, for our family of 6, staying at Arinara in 6 months - each time staying for a week.

SAii Laguna Phuket is located on Bangtao Beach. It offers rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. The resort is an outdoor pool and fitness centre.

The resort is beautiful and spacious. We visited during mid November and it wasn't crowded at all. They had 3 restaurants in the resort and a couple more on the beach outside the resort. The rooms are just renovated and provide really nice ocean and sunset views. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. It's true they were in the middle of renovating an area of the hotel but it wasn't bothering at all. The noise is kept at minimum and we did not see workers around us.

Ok, real talk. This place is amazing. We've stayed in 5 star hotels before on this trip so didn't have very high expectations for this one given it was 4 stars and the photos on Booking.com were unamusing at best. BOOOOY were we wrong. This place shattered all our expectations and was definitely our favourite place to stay from 6 places in our month-long trip with our two little kids. Don't know where to start with the awesomeness. The rooms are well thought out and well appointed. The hotel set-up is incredibly clever with 4 large (or 6 total depending how you want to count) pools for different people/activities. There's two slides for kids. The bar is fantastic. The breakfast is incredible. Staff are amazing. Restaurant is great also for lunch and dinner. This is a concept hotel so has a bunch of free activities throughout the day (including kids club, activities, shows put on by professional performers, table tennis, volleyball etc). You don't have to participate but I highly recommend you do! Their kids club is fantastic - our kids really enjoyed the staff there.Lollo (giraffe character) and Bernie (bear character) come round to greet children 3 times daily if you needed a cherry on the cake. It is located right on the beach for awesome sand play and swimming. Can also rent a jetski/boat etc right there. Great location. It also has local restaurants and massages right next door if you want. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience to end our trip.

Great location for the beach and the pool is of a great size. I had a room overlooking the pool that was fun and had a good sized balcony. The room is modern and fresh.

location is great with 2BHK loft room exceeded expectations ,..view was amazing and staff very well trained and courteous yoga session in morning was bonus and it was great way to start day ,..but could only do once during 4 days stay due to early booked sight seeing

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite at a discount with direct pool access away from the crowds near to Bodega restaurant. It is a quiet area great for the elderly. The buggy service was responsive. We were worried about mosquitoes because of the lakes but this issue was less than expected. The breakfast at Bogeda is much less hectic and a lot quieter than Market Place, and the food presentation appears better. Later realized that it is only for guests who are booked in certain rooms. The beach is long and the sand is very fine without broken or significant washed up debris, which afflict many beaches elsewhere. The waves can be strong though. The suite was clean, large and very convenient located with a separate dining and living room . It has a fairly large balcony directly accessing the pool. We found that we didn't need to venture out of the resort. The complimentary boat and kayak facility allowed for connection to other lakes and resorts. The entire complex of lakes and resorts makes this place much large than it appears. There is a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and shops
