Be reassured, the hotel is real gem 💎 with a staff ( that we heavily tipped at the end because so good) We stayed there 2 weeks with our 4 month old baby to go at our own pace. There are all you can drink in your refrigerator, the room was really spacious and well decorated. The bed was immense and we could even sleep with our baby in it. There are three swimming pools , all of them great in their own way. You will find whatever is needed to be comfortable for you. The restaurant happy time next door cooks super well and so is the little drinks shop with the lady lacto OVO vegetarian. She was the warmest person I met! Massage next door and laundry in front of the hotel. Go for it! Everything is convenient and affordable

Ampersand resort is the most special hotel I have been to and I have traveled a lot. What makes it special is the amazing heart and hospitality of the host and owner Muky. The hotel has an excellent private location, great design, very spacious rooms; private beach and beautiful pool and peaceful atmosphere. Muky is delivering everything you need from car rental, through wonderful cooking and all the inside tips for the island. We had an incredible beach dinner. Well, you will feel in heaven just follow Muky and you he will lead you there!

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was ever too much. They were friendly and always willing to offer help and go the extra mile. The food was exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful. Everything was well kept, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend :-)

Beautiful property and a warm, authentic 5-star service that’s hard to find on the island. We spent two weeks here and are very happy with the choice. Excellent restaurant and pool area and such a tranquil, quiet setting overall. No sounds of club music thumping late in the night, like you find at some other high-end places that are a bit to close to the action. It's super peaceful at Zazen. I enjoyed using the yoga room and gym, and it was great to have the option of walking on the beach to/from Fisherman’s Village. Top notch staff as well, service-focused, warm and friendly. Will look forward to staying at Zazen again!

My favourite hotel in the world! Everyone here is so lovely. This was the third time staying here and it’s always very memorable. The staff is super attentive and helped me organise a special excursion which was the highlight of our trip. Could not recommend this place more.

Fantastic - looks and smells great on arrival with a welcome drink, friendly and professional staff throughout. Location - ideal - 5 mins walk to fisherman’s village. Lovely pool area next to the beach - also very nice. Rooms comfortable, clean and large enough with a balcony.

Amazing view and location. Beatrice and her team are super and made all to solve quickly any small issue and were very accommodating with check in/ check. Also strongly recommend the restaurant! Great food taste and quality at affordable price!

Very welcoming attitude, easy going and with an extra eye for the comfort of the guests! Very spontaneous open attitude! A top destination, feeling at home and not a rental/hotel feeling at all. Just a top experience, top view and really home-oriented feeling! We would 100% book it again!
