Staff were perfect from start to finish. Organised a romantic dinner for her 30th birthday, surprised her with a cake and decorations in the rooms with staff singing happy birthday on arrival. The location is excellent with fantastic pool and very nice beach. Can not fault it enough, they need to build more rooms!!!!

All is magnificent, very well equipped cabin, opposite the beach, very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay and for discovering nature. Loved the private individual villas. Great size and everything we needed in them. Less than a minutes walk to breakfast and pool. Beautiful cared for gardens The breakfast area is lovely no mad rush to get to the breakfast food that you find in larger hotels. Pool area right on beach is beautiful. Cocktail hour is fun. The lovely touch of fruit and cold water brought to sunbeds is a lovely touch. Food is amazing we didn't have one bad meal and ate lunch and evening meal in hotel more than we normally would while on holidays. We didn't want to leave the amazing atmosphere. We stayed around pool longer than normal, showers were taken at leisure to return back to restaurant with beautiful beach atmosphere and great food always finished with a nightcap and friendly banter. Reception staff very helpful and great to deal with. Lovely refreshing drink and cold towel on arrival. They organised airport pick up and return, a moped for a couple of days and taxi to Old Town for a day out which is so helpful takes all the guesswork out of who to call. Every single member of staff amazing with friendly greetings but not intrusive. Owners on site and always ready for a chat. We loved our stay and have booked to return and counting down the days to do it all again.

We travel as backpackers and as a couple. We just loved it here. The staff is so nice and they do their best to help you! There were only three more guests staying in Cicada Lanta and only us having booked the stay with breakfast, so they opened their kitchen every morning only for us. Very cute! We even booked two more nights, as we felt so comfortable and on ease. The huts are very basic. You'll find everything you need. They are exactly how they look on the pictures and it's very clean. I loved it that the huts are made of wood. And there are so many handmade details everywhere - absolutely fantastic. We do have enough concrete at home. So this just fits so much better! I also love how they created the garden area. We would often sit on our little porch in front of the huts and enjoy the garden or do Yoga. I really don't like all these big resorts coming up. So if you look for a more authentic place but still kind of like to have it clean and nice: This is the place to stay! 🫶🏽

A wonderful surprise! First time in koh lanta couldn't be better! Amazing facilities, location and staff. Exceeded our already high expectations. Perfect for a quiet and calm stay on the island. It has an almost private beach, great restaurants in walking distance and very helpful staff to help you with any needs and requests. You can book tours, transfers and rent a scooter on demand, ideal to explore the island! We got lucky to experience the festival "Loy Krathong", the hotel made a special dinner and event with the guests, it was great. Would love to come back one day. Absolutely recommend it!

The Bungalows are in a fantastic location and every picture is as described. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast and food there are good, however every restaurant in the area was providing a good meal, sometimes at a cheaper price. Would definitely go there again!
