The hotel exceeded expectations! Amazing beach and pool =) Beautiful sunset. The hotel area is being built, so services are missing, e.g. breakfast. No worries, a good breakfast can be found on the beach at the Seaside restaurant, 5 min walk, €8 per person. Kai Bae's shops, restaurants, scooter rental and other services are only a 5-minute walk down the road.

Boasting a terrace, barbecue facilities and views of garden, Chattong resort is situated in Trat, 6.3 km from Yuttanavi Memorial Monument at Ko Chang.

Was only literally stopping off for a few hours. We woke to go f how lovely it was right opposite the sea. Private and quiet! A couple of feet from the patio of our very functional little room with ensuite. Yes it is small but if you are only using as a base it is great .. Sooo amazingly close to the ferry to Koh Chang too! .. booking com map doesnt show it as so though? So I was surprised it was just around the corner! Great place to keep note if if you either won't make or may miss the last ferry!

I love the remoteness of this place. We were sitting directly by the sea—just three steps down, and you’re in the water. The water in this area is absolutely stunning—crystal clear and beautiful. I can’t express how wonderful it felt to have the sand between my toes as I walked along the beach, with no worries about sharp objects or debris. The beach was absolutely spotless. The family who own the business are truly exceptional people. They went above and beyond to help us with many requests, even when they weren’t obligated to. The owners’ daughter and son are an impressive duo—a power couple destined to take this property’s development to great heights in the future. The service provided by all the staff was fantastic. Everyone was smiling, apart from the "old man of the sea," who is quite the character with his moustache, reminiscent of a Mexican bandito. All he needed to complete the look was a sombrero! I even managed to make him smile a couple of times. Tewon was at one point or another of our stay, the chef, painter, porter, handyman you name he did it. He is another fantastic character the hotel can be proud of. I highly recommend a visit to this place.

Good location, by the sea and 20min drive from the ferry pier to Koh Chang. Friendly care takers that helped me order some food from a nearby restaurant, and get it delivered. The room was basic but clean and comfortable

Hosts were friendly and lovely,and went out of there way to help, apartments are beautiful clean and modern, the gardens and swimming pool excellent, it is one of the nicest apartments i have stayed in. The veiw was so lovely looking out over the sea I would book again.

The place is calm, beautiful and has a sea view, but no beach to swim because the beach is rocky there . Motorbike can be rented at the hotel and can allow you to explore around the island. Very friendly staff and owner will miss this place and should be back.
