It's a top-class resort. We enjoyed the rooms, the pool, the beach, the night show. The food was beautifully displayed with every choice you could imagine. Service and staff are excellent. Special thanks to Arif who is more than a guest experience assistant, he is a really exceptional man. Our stay at KP was wonderful, thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was a wonderful stay! The service was top notch - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large (Royal), clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurants are super: a large selection of dishes and drinks, everything is fresh and tasty. Fast Internet access, fitness room, tennis, bowling, laser tag, archery and many other activities. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back again

Everything was wonderful at this villa. Very luxurious and very well equipped. The pool was amazing and we used it constantly. What a lovely lovely place. The hostess was exceptionally kind and very helpful.

Everything, the property had everything we needed. The pool was great, the tv and wifi had all the facilities. The host even left us with some refreshments

The Hotel definitely exceeded all expectations in terms of service! We've been in various 4 and 5 starts hotels in the region, but none of them has such a great, welcoming and warm atmosphere as Spice! We stayed in one of the villas, and it's just an amazing place to stay with children or with a big family. The villa itself is very nice and cozy. And the cleaning service was really great. They even adjusted their daily schedule for us. From the 1st step into the hotel we have been greeted by amazing Valerie. We were literary surrounded by her care and support 24 hours a day. As well as her wonderful colleague Gamze. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled in 1 moment. The service was tailer-made for us and not just provided out of the box. The whole staff of the hotel was amazing. For example, Gamze organised a wonderful Turkish-style dinner in one of the restaurants just for us only because we wanted to try Turkish cuisine when the Turkish restaurant was closed. And the dishes were not on the menu of that restaurant! Once when we went to the Chinese restaurant, the staff remembered what table we liked and prepared it for us. Not just prepared - all the table and everything around was covered with rose petals. A chair for my baby was also prepared along with special tiny cutlery, glasses and plates. And of course the service was just amazing, especially in Wasabi and Defne - we still remember how tasty was everything and how great was the staff (unfortunately I don't know their names, but ALL of them were just amazing!!!). My experience with the Hotel is very good, it has left a warm and nice memories, it's definitely a good place which could provide a unique service based on your needs. Thank you, Spice! We stayed in Pasha suite, which was luxuries, well maintained and big enough to accommodate 7 people with enough privacy for all. Beds are very comfortable; room service is very good. Nice and quiet hotel, with beautifully designed territory. Variety of food was amassing. Special appreciation goes to reception and guest service personnel, who are very attentive and friendly and always willing to help. We were touched with personalized attention to the guests when we had received fruits basket as a compliment from the hotel and a letter wishing good health and quick recovery to my father after our visit to the hotel doctor.

We were surprised - starting from a very pleasant stuff, they offered early check-in and late check-out, they were very helpful with car rent and other facilities! The territory is clean and green! They really take care of it every day, lots of flowers and clean beach near the hotel. We compare with other hotels, of course. Here, the price and quality level exceeded our expectations. The food is fresh, and they try to arrange something different for the events. There's spa (hamam, sauna, massage) and sport activities. The internet is good. Cleaning is also OK.
