The villa provides cozy garden and a terrace with barbeque that truly make you feel like you're in vacation. The villa itself is well-furnished. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it felt like a home away from home. The terrace with sunbeds on the top floor is a good spot if you lazy enough to go to the beach. Special thanks to Esra and Erhan for their hospitality during our stay. Their willingness to provide information and assist us with any needs greatly enhanced our experience. Loved the appearance of the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean , loved being right on the beach, hearing the waves, sitting on the terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and G &T in the evening. The view is to die for. Pay the extra for the sea view. The staff were incredible, very professional eager to please. Food was delicious. It was a buffet but Turkish food, exceptional quality and variation. Umpteen vegetarian dishes. Quality alchol, all named spirits such as Absolut Vodka, Gilbey's Gin. Good selection of cocktails. It is a very small quiet hotel, fabulous for being adult only. There's no night life as such, just sit back and gaze at the stars. If you like night clubs, bars variety of entertainment then this is not for you. The bars close at midnight and then the whole hotel goes to sleep fantastic. This is a 4 * hotel, does not have the slickness that the other super class hotels have but it has absolute charm and the owners, who are there daily really do care about the place and want enjoyment for their guests. It is difficult to leave the property as it is about 20 kms from Side. A taxi ride takes about 15 minutes but is 30 euros each way. There's a bus service at the top of the road, 5 minute walk away. It has something for everyone, rooms are great, staff are friendly, there's some shops in the hotel all friendly people, the hotel is beautiful and clean and I'd definitely stay again .

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

Clean hotel, large and modern room, huge park with an impresissive variety of flowers and trees, frendly staff( specian thanks to Aisha, from beach bar, alwaiys smiling and Faruk, waiter on restaurant terrace, very efficient). This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. Many thanks to the front desk manager for room with pool access.

- the food was diverse and delicious - the room was big and clean - we even got a feee upgrade to a jacuzzi room - the beach is awesome, you can order stuff from the bar and the drinks are brought to your table - everyone is nice and warm and helpful - there were enough sun beds at the beach for everyone - although the hotel is for families, they have 16+ areas both at the beach and at the restaurant - they have lots of cats, well fed and really friendly - the hotel is also pet-friendly, some guests were there with their dogs
