We spent 4 nights and we really enjoy our stay The location is amazing, Jambiani beach is perfect for relax but still waking distance close to Paje to have sport/leisure activities The facilities are clean and well maintained The staff is kind and they took care of all our needs, transfer to and from the airport/activities/drivers, we felt at home. The food is delicious, we had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant everyday. We strongly recommend the place!

Best place I’ve ever stayed in in my life! The view from my room was insane! I loved everything about this place. The breakfast, the fresh juices, the facilities, the private beach, the view, the staff! I was lucky enough to have the whole villa for myself as noone else had a booking during the days of my stay! This place is very clean & safe. Regina, Saum & Noella were all very courteous. I loved every single thing about my stay in this villa. Can’t wait to repeat this experience. Very nice location directly at the beach. We had sea view from our terrace at the bungalow. Super friendly staff. All of the Maasai working there were very nice and we had good conversations with them. they were super chill and cool. Overall everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Had fruits, eggs and one bread every day but on our last day we saw that there was actually a breakfast menu with different choices. Be aware that the tide in Jambiani is really present, the water is really gone for hours during low tide and you can only swim during high tight (different than to Kiwengwa were you can even swim a bit during low tide). Loved our stay there very much!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront location! The views were absolutely stunning, and it was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of the waves. The staff really made the experience even better — they were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the drinks are highly recommended. Everything was perfect ! I would definitely stay here again.

New Teddy's is like paradise, a lot of corners to relax, great breakfast and good dinner. We had an excellent tour in the village with cooking class with the Hotel guide and musician Coco, who also helped us in organizing our way back to Stone Town passing by Josiani Park and a spice farm. Thanks Coco. Great place to enjoy the beach and at the same time discover Zanzibar life!

the first thing is that the manager on duty makes a huge difference. And Charlotte was a gracious and friendly host. I was feeling sick and she provided help as possible. and always open to feedback and improvements. the place is right on the beach. it’s next to diving center and also kite surfing. quiet and not too crowded. about 15 mins away is Paje with more shops and activities. there is a nice pool here. rooms are tasteful— not luxury, but nice. food was amazing. try the jumbo shrimp appetizer and chicken strips.

everything was wonderful and amazing , we loved everything about our stay , the beach is unreal and the staff were super helpful and friendly. the bungalow was spacious and fully equipped and honestly I think I will have this place in my dreams till I come back again.
