We had a lovely stay at Villa Andrea . The house is cosy and felt like a home away from home. Violeth, our host, was incredibly kind and patient. Even when we arrived later than expected, she stayed in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a peaceful and well-hosted stay!

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. I was assigned a dedicated butler, and I can’t praise him enough. He went above and beyond in every way, ensuring I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. Truly outstanding service! The room was absolute perfection—elegant, spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed to blend luxury with local charm. Every element, from the linens to the lighting, felt curated for a flawless experience. The surroundings are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen—nature at its most breathtaking. The location of the hotel on the beach was amazing: the apartment room was spacious and comfortable and a short walk from the main hotel building. Food was excellent and we enjoyed watching the dhows go out whilst we had a leisurely Breakfast. The rooftop pool had amazing views and the larger pool downstairs was clean, warm and relatively unused.

It had character and style. The situation looking over the harbour and near stone town was perfect. Our room looked over the swimming pool with a balcony which was lovely. The beds very comfortable too. The breakfast was second to none. I especially enjoyed the fruit selection and freshly made omelettes. We also enjoyed evening meals watching the sun set over the harbour.

Staying in Freddie Mercury’s childhood home was special. It is a really beautiful apartment and on top of that you get use of the facilities at the hotel. I only had one night but it will definitely stay in the memory bank!!!

    The location is ideal, right in the centre of Stone town, on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset. One of the few hotels in Stone town with a pool (3 pools to be precise), one of which overlooks the beach. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. Rooms were spacious and clean, with good air conditioning.

    The rooms and the entire hotel are so beautifully furnished and decorated, not to mention the most pretty bathrooms I've ever seen! The view from the balconies facing the Ocean, the fantastic pool at the very center of the hotel, the hotel's location right on the beach while at the same time with a walking distance to everything you wish to reach in Stonetown. The breakfast was excellent with a broad variety of choices for all tastes, and the staff members are professional and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

    The hotel is located right on the beach with incredible views of the ocean. The staff are really helpful and polite and there’s a wide variety of choices at breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there are a few swimming pools to refresh yourself in.
