The hotel is very nice. It has a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decoration, good food and a very comfy bathroom and room. The neighbourhood is quieter than the Acacia Avenue area. So I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quieter and relaxing stay. Also, the staff were nice and helpful. The room looks exactly as the photos and the bathroom is very nice.

The staff was attentive and friendly, Breakfast was laid in the gardens with fresh fruits, tea plus eggs. They were flexible, my breakfast was served on time. The Breakfast Menu considered my special dietary needs of diary-free foods. The hotel also has a good feedback mechanism that greatly helps solve a guest's concern. With Location: It has access to entertainment attractions, I managed to move to XHUB for some dancing experience, and Transportation is readily available although I walked, I liked the fact that the noise levels within the hotel space are so low which offers a peaceful and a quiet environment. I will go back for a long stay!!!!!

The property is very beautiful, green, and on the water. It's off the beaten path and feels like an oasis in the middle of the bustling Kampala. The folks that work at the location are all friendly, warm, and accommodating. It's quiet and serene during the days and the sunsets are unmatched overlooking Lake Victoria. The pool is beautiful and feels like you're swimming in nature heaven. It's a truly beautiful location and there's small details that add a nice touch. The SNUG, the properties restaurant and bar, is a really cute Irish pub vibe with couches and a mini-library available. It's a very sweet place.
