This B&B is THE place. We were treated like family. I felt so cared for and attended to, the lovely owner made sure there were cookies and asked which wines we would like. I was absolutely astounded with the care and consideration with the room and accommodations. The entire place was decorated beautifully, (which is SO HARD for hotels and B&B to accomplish,) it was decorated not only perfect for the area, but perfect for Newport. Newport is GORGEOUS, and the Bed and Breakfast completely reflected it! It had beach access which was adorably decorated on the walk there and back. The bed was lovely and clean and it had a whole fireplace!!!!!!!! I really cannot overhype this place, I almost don't want to leave a lovely review because I'd love to gatekeep it all for myself! If you're lucky enough to snag a room, I'm JEALOUS!! 129/10 Love it.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were so nice and helpful. You can feel the staff love the hotel too and they went out of their way to give us advice on visits, restaurants etc.. . We are enchanted by our stay would love to come back one day. The beach and surroundings are exceptional.

Inn at Nye Beach is located less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. A gift shop is on site and guests can enjoy home baked cookies. Free garage parking is also offered to guests.

Even when I checked in the lovely lady on reception said “Mr Lawrence?” I know there were only 2 more People to check in but still fabulous. She knew the answers to all our questions.
