The location is perfect, it has its own pool and private beach and is a short walk to a public beach. The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also close to Main Street in Hyannis; about 5 minutes by car. The owner of the condo is very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

It was described accurately. The house was clean, simplistic, yet had everything needed. It was peaceful and any question I had was answered promptly. I would definitely rent this property again.

50’ from the beach. Stayed in the older building which has been a Victorian house. Being an old Victorian house you can expect to find quirky but enjoyable changes. Of course there is no sound proofing between rooms so if you want your conversations to be private you need to keep your voices low. Staff was caring and responsive to requests.
