Beautiful, clean, fully equipped unit just a stones throw from the beach and pier. Would highly recommend and will be booking again on our next visit. Host was great and kept us informed throughout the booking process.

We had a 1 bed apartment which separate lounge area and small kitchen which gave us room to spreadout. Lovely view from balcony overlooking one of the pools the Cocoa Beach Pier. Discount card given to be used at the bar/resturant was great. Apartment buildings don't look that great from the outside but ours was lovely inside.

The front desk lady (can't remember her name unfortunately) was really friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and outdoor pool area, whilst relatively small, was really nice. All clean and well maintained.

Great value for money stay. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed longer. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff upgraded our room to have a balcony which was nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with plenty of space to dine in with a table and chairs.

ocean access, outdoor shower, pool, on site amenities. We did not try the WAVES restaurant but did patron the longboard restaurant. There are quite a few local shops to go to for breakfast. Overall experience was lovely! We stayed on-site for all of our beach activities.
