Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

People were amazing and the restaurant was great! Was expecting a cheap motel but it felt more like a cute inn. Pleasantly surprised.

What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door. This hotel was particularly good. The location, the pool and the proximity to the beach made our holiday great. Also the receptionist was nice. Breakfast was ok.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We were only there to sleep. I was dropping my son off to the coast guard station. I didn’t have enough time to really explore but would definitely stay again while visiting my son!

Blissful few days away. The place has just been renovated so everything is new and finished to a high spec. The towels are lush. The staff are extremely friendly and they offer beach service which is nice. Great location to the beach and town.
