Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

Located within walking distance to the village of Montauk, this resort is adjacent to Main Town Beach. It features a large sun deck with beautiful ocean views and an indoor pool.

The location is beautiful: on the marina, with two nice pools, not too big. There are a lot of activities we can do (boat tour, paddle, yoga, bike). The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and the amenities lovely.

Located in Montauk Village this hotel is just steps from the beach and boasts an outdoor pool and rooms with a futon. The Montauk Point Lighthouse Museum is 10 minutes’ drive away.

The staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, clean, and big. The location was right in town. We walked everywhere. I can’t wait to go back. It was adorable.

Great room. Spacious deck with reclining deck chairs so that you can take a nap out there with the fresh air and sea breeze. Everything was in working order and exceptionally clean. Staff was well-trained, friendly, and accommodating.

This hotel was particularly good. The location, the pool and the proximity to the beach made our holiday great. Also the receptionist was nice. Breakfast was ok.

A true Gem in the Hamptons ! To be honest I’ve stayed in many resorts around the world , starting from four seasons ending to some budget hotel, but this one is a place which is a true hidden gem and discovery ! Perfect location , right next to the beach , fantastic views, amazing smells, super clean, outstanding service , top house keeping service , spacious rooms, the balconies give it an extra charm, super clean pool. Perfection in details , complimentary water, shower gel, enough towels . Just in love with this place . For the price you pay you get a 5 star service ! That impressed that it’s my first time I even write a review !

Neat and tidy and well equipped. Both bedrooms were comfortable with bathrooms close by. Living room/kitchen very comfortable and well equipped. tvs in every room.
