We had a third floor room with fabulous views of the ocean and a well appointed balcony. The hotel was literally on the beach. We had an efficiency and it was great to have a kitchenette to do some of our meals in. This is an old fashioned beach motel, not fancy but very comfortable. The breakfast is superb: consists of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatos, muffins, breads, waffle, cereals, yogurt and fruits. It is clean and the pool and beach access area is beautiful and relaxing. The incidentals or security deposit is only less than $40. They didn't charge me for any pet fee.
