1. The location just by the ocean with beautiful view to New York City.
2. It was really quick to get to Manhattan: 12 mins of bus and 25 mins of ferry. Additionally travelling by ferry gives you beautiful views and amazing experience for free.
3. The owner was really kind and helpful. There was no problem with booking one extra night even if that meant changing the room.
4. The price is outstanding - couldn’t find something as good and as cheap.
5. Breakfast included in the price was really good.

Nothing was a problem , literally going above and beyond. Leah and Alina in particular.
Immaculately clean. The rooms were stunning. I had a beautiful view, the sea, manhattan skyline and sunset just from one room.
I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.
