    The easy access to the beach from the room and the private deck was my favorite part of the property. The rooms were simple, classic, and quaint. Quiet neighborhood & the staff were amazing! They fully respected my privacy. Thank you!

    10! Absolutely beautiful! Love, love, loved the room. So often Inn breakfast is mostly inedible for healthy people. Yours was sooo good! Can't say enough about it. We had a beautiful pre-breakfast walk on the beach and then a fabulous post-breakfast and car-free bike ride out to the end of Plum Island and back. Just wish we could afford more nights but we'll be back for sure.

    Location was perfect, having breakfast delivered was an extra perk! Our queen waterview suite opened up directly to the beach, and the sounds of the waves were so therapeutic. It was such a relaxing weekend away! The facilities was clean and beautiful and fully enjoyed a relaxing hour in the jacquizzi.

    Our room was beautiful, cozy and clean. The view of the beach was amazing and having breakfast and fresh coffee delivered to the room in the morning was a really nice touch. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

    Mostly everything. The view is the best. We live walking the beach and could walk out our door to the beach. The breakfast is very nice. Different but tasty.

    the location is stunning - right on the beach, you can watch sunrise & sunset from your bed. very friendly staff and fantastic communication
