However, what truly stood out during my time at this hotel was the exceptional staff, with Ms. Na being an absolute gem. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Ms. Na was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided invaluable assistance with various aspects of my stay, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions and restaurants. Her dedication and genuine care for the guests were truly commendable, and I am grateful for her presence and assistance. Overall, my experience at Meliá Vinpearl Cua Sot was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of the beautiful villa, the attentive staff, and Ms. Na's exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway, and I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were always smiling and I had a very comfortable stay, even though it was only a short time. I also appreciate them translating over the phone for me, who doesn't speak Vietnamese.
