The staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. The spa there had the best massage I’ve had in a long time, and I also enjoyed the full body scrub. Our rooms were beautiful and thoughtful. Breakfast was tasty and had a great variety. The free shuttle bus into ancient town was a nice surprise, and didn’t take too long at all.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just right—close enough to explore easily but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Kevin and the lovely managing lady with short black hair (I feel bad for forgetting her name, but she was wonderful!). Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. And I have to mention the pool and garden—they were just perfect. So peaceful and cozy. If you're visiting Hoi An, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Su li and her staff were so helpful in organising our trips and making us feel at home. They decorated our room to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary which was a lovely touch and so special. We had a huge room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed a freshly prepared breakfast each day. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just right—close enough to explore easily but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Kevin and the lovely managing lady with short black hair (I feel bad for forgetting her name, but she was wonderful!). Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. And I have to mention the pool and garden—they were just perfect. So peaceful and cozy. If you're visiting Hoi An, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

We didn’t end up staying here as they needed to do some work to the property. They asked us to move to Seaside home stay instead, which was lovely, right next to the beach and with very helpful and friendly staff. It was great to be at the beach but be able to get into Hoi An so easily.

Our ocean view villa was a dreamy location, right on the beach but also near to the pool and restaurant.

The location was superb. Right on the beach. Restaurants immediately across the road. Easy to get to Hoi an. The staff were totally amazing and a particular mention to anh on reception . She was superb and became one of our friends by the end of our stay.

Perfect location at the sea-side. Quiet and calm, beautiful garden, nice beach. we had a seaside apartment. It was huge, beatiful, superb view. Absolute luxury. Really 5 star experience. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Elegant restaurants inside, nice little ones just outside of the resort. Very friendly staff with good sense of humor. Airconditioned waiting room Possibility of late check-out. We had an excellent stay which crowned our 12 days tour in Vietnam! Thank you dear staff!

Fantastic! Great seaside beach hotel with amazing rooms. Very new, had only been open for a week. We did have a couple teething issues that got sorted out as soon as we brought it to attention. Understandable for such a new hotel. And the staff where amazing, very attentive and felt welcomed. Definitely glad we picked this place and will stay again next time we're in An Bang.

Big seaside hotel with 2 outside swimming pools and a private beach (not particularly well maintained when we were there). The room we stayed in (number 256) was very spacious and quiet, and had a balcony with a lake view. Breakfast is good and varied but the food kept in the chafing dishes is barely warm. The hotel is about 6 km away from the historical centre of Hoi An; you will either need a taxi to get there or you can rent bikes from the hotel for free.
