Great location just outside the main village area, 5minutes walk down to the beach...beautiful clean beach, busy with fishers but not many other people there. View to the rear from the roof terrace over the river. View to the beach and cham islands from the room window. Quiet (once the karaoke died down :) ) Room was quiet and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing owners and value! The owners were incredibly nice and helpful, even letting me borrow their motorbike when I ended up being in a tight spot and needed help! The property was also incredibly clean, and the room had every accommodation I needed.

PERFECT resort for visit Hoi An. Our room was stayed spotless and well appointed, comfort, large, balcony and nice view. Swimming Pool area could do with a little more atmosphere during the day, front of and private beach. it's plus service for this property. Could not fault anything great, accomodation, facilities, breakfast and kind staff who would go out of your way to help. All in all, great resort and I would not hesitate to recommend and stay there again
