The venue, the staff, the food, the rooms, everything was just perfect! It was our anniversary, and when we got to the room, there was a complementary bottle of champagne, huge basket of fruit, a box of chocolates, and a delicious chocolate mousse cake. We felt so spoilt, thank-you!

Located in the iconic West Corniche district of Abu Dhabi, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residences Emirates Pearl offers luxurious accommodations with access to complimentary Wi-Fi. Really great hotel. We had half board, the food was excellent. The pool is normal size, lifeguards, waiters, cafe - everything is great. The room size is great, the view is gorgeous. The staff were great to work with and were caring. Next time we come back to Abu Dhabi there will be no question of choosing a hotel.

Shambaz Hassan at the Crystal Lonuge was nice although the afternoon tea 🍵 was missing something like sandwiches , thank you for the chef caring and asking

Exceptional hotel, great personnel, especially front desk. Staff is really helpful and real professionals. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Got early check in and small gifts, which makes it even better stay. Gym, pool, breakfast was super.

Great hotel, well maintained, clean, attentive and friendly staff, great food (breakfast buffet is delicious serving barista coffee and both restaurants on premise are also great) beautiful pool area and beach, nicely spaced out sun chairs on the beach. Good kids club as well.
