The design, the comfortableness, and mostly the courtesy of the staff. Housekeeping response and service is great. We really felt pampered. The beach is beautiful, soft and and clear water. Life guards are alert and available at the pool and beach. I liked the fresh green juice station at the breakfast very special. In general breakfast was excellent but the hash browns need improve. Comfortable beds and pillows. Stunning view from the upper floors. Different types of restaurants available also the observation deck at the 74th floor is amazing. Suitable for families, Definitely will be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay very special and memorable.

The location is great for the city, although to get to the beach, club house gym etc you have to go through an underpass to get there, but apart from its a great location. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good.
