It's very stunning. Seems still like a new place, everything seems clean. Parking on site, private. Easy access to the hotel from the main road. Communicative service. The service was very friendly. Room was good, had a terrace with a view of the water. Breakfast included was good with many options, again in a room with an amazing view. There is a dinner menu, at an additional cost, but it's nice to have that option in the evening so you don't need to drive into the town. Lovely public terrace to sit and watch the sunset. Bar also available all day. 5 minute drive into the beach with restaurants and bars. We loved our stay.

Everything was meticulously clean and tastefully designed, from the spacious room to the sleek and modern finishes. Our room had full-height windows and a balcony with a breathtaking view - waking up to that was a treat. The bed was super comfortable, and parking was convenient, right next to the hotel building. A true highlight was the hotel’s own restaurant downstairs. It’s a beautifully designed, trendy space with great vibes, delicious drinks, and truly tasty food. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there, made even better by the incredibly friendly hostesses who spoke excellent English and made us feel so welcome. The only minor issue was that the shower water wasn’t hot, just warm. Since we stayed only one night, we’re not sure if it’s a common thing - but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. The owners were very welcoming & were happy to help with anything we asked. The beach was a minute walk from the hotel.

Outdoor seating is also available at the luxury tent. It was my first time ever camping, and because of Side Camp I now have high standards for camping! It was really nice and comfortable! They provide the tents with the mattresses and CLEAN bedsheets! There are two hot showers and four of cold water, which I actually used as it was 34°C and it was refreshing after swimming in the ocean! They have parking lot, which is also a plus! The other campers were respectful, no noise overnight! It’s about 12min walking to the center.
