The hotel overall was super clean, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The place has a very nice yard and green spaces, with a very quaint breakfast space. The free parking is a great addition.

From the location, with outstanding view, and 5 min walk to the beautiful promenade with many restaurants and amazing food. The breakfast was exceptionally good, with combination typical delicious pastries. Last was the owner, helpful, guidance and providing all needed during our stay. Was our first night in Albania in general, and it was a very high standard welcome to this country.

It's very modern, clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations, and even treated us to some delicious cake for breakfast. The area is lovely, wasn't too busy, lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend coming to the area and staying at Serenity!

It offered the perfect mix of quiet and comfort, making it a true home away from home. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

The breakfast was good and tasty. The view was amazing in the morning, and the garden of the hotel was beautiful.

Zgiboza Guesthouse is the most amazing place in the whole Shala River, I’m talking about hospitality, food,drinks and late night talks with the owners of Zgiboza Guesthouse infront of a campfire that they make every night. The rooms were very clean and spacious and let’s not talk about the balcony view, it’s just stunning. I thank the staff of Zgiboza Guesthouse for making the stay much more comfortable and pleasant.
