Very beautiful and fully equipped flat on the top floor of a house in the centre of Hallstatt, but still in a quiet location. Everything was perfect and luxurious. The owners provide a full fridge of drinks and food as well as lovely nespresso coffees for their guests for a very friendly price :) There are also chocolates on the pillows and a little gift to take home. Absolutely worth it :)

The accommodation was an experience in itself! - lake and mountain view out the window - the mainly log style interior was very quirky and considered, i loved it! - super clean and comfortable - the staff were so friendly and very attentive - superb location, 7-minute walk away from the train station, the bus stops to and from Hallstatt (centre) were in front of the accom, very convenient - and the breakfast was excellent (food and service wise). You go down and the table is set for you.

The Grandma and her daughter, Karola, live on the ground level and they are truly exceptional people. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly, frequently offering their help with anything I needed. One incident that stands out is when I borrowed one of their umbrellas and unfortunately lost it. Despite this, they were extremely kind and didn't charge me for it, which speaks volumes about their generosity and understanding nature. The apartment itself is fantastic and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The view from the apartment is exceptional, adding to the overall delightful experience. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, being just 50 steps away from the center and Salzwelten Salzburg. As a bonus, they offer a 2 euro discount for Salzwelten Salzburg, which is a nice touch. I am genuinely surprised that this place has low stars because it truly deserves five stars. The hospitality, amenities, and location all contribute to making this a perfect place to stay.

Pension Sarstein nằm ngay trên bờ Hồ Hallstatt trong vùng Salzkammergut, cách trung tâm Khu Di Sản Thế Giới được UNESCO công nhận của làng Hallstatt 2 phút đi bộ. Perfectly positioned right on the lake. We loved sitting on the lawn enjoying our evening drinks and nibbles. Pension Sarstein is away from the busy part of Hallstatt (which makes it very peaceful) but still very close to walk from the ferry. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. Absolutely stunning views from our balcony. The Fischers (hosts) are delightful people and make sure all guests are warmly welcomed. We loved our three night stay here.
