The studio room was spacious and warm, and the king bed very comfortable. The communication from staff was great for our late arrival at 9pm. The breakfast included with our stay was generous and included nice made barista coffee. On the day of our departure I needed to leave before the kitchen was open in the clubhouse for an early tee time at another course. The staff were very accommodating and prepared my wife and I with two takeaway breakfast packages, which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back when we next return to Mornington Peninsula. Thank you for being great hosts.

Free private parking and free WiFi is available. Bathroom was lovely, had good lighting, and lots of storage space. The couch was comfy and the room was spacious.
