Featuring a fitness centre, Quest Perth Ascot is located in Perth and is 4.2 km from Optus Stadium. The 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. If you don't want to stay directly in the city this is a great location. Very easy to get an Uber into the City or anywhere you want to go. You can also take an Uber nearby to visit the Woolworths food market near the airport. There's shopping across from Woolworths as well some kind of a discount mall. The Wi-Fi was dependable. One of the beds was a little soft on one side but we just spun the mattress around. Daily housekeeping was a plus. The pool is very small but useful on a very hot day.

Just 200 metres from Middleton Beach, Dolphin Lodge Albany - Self Contained Apartments offers accommodation with a private balcony or courtyard and free high-speed WiFi. the house I got was just after renovation, perfectly clean, all furtniture and equipment brand new. Better than expected.

On the end of "town beach" but close to bus service and walking distance to the museum and several bars and restaurants. Not under the flight path!
