The apartment was beautiful clean cool and bright. Everything you could need for your stay was there. We ate out on the balcony a few nights which was lovely. Bed super comfy, couch was great. Just the whole experience was lovely. Close enough to town but quiet which was really nice and like 2 minutes from the ferries to Hamilton island. One thing I'd say is just be careful on the surface in the pool if you have snaggy kind of swimwear material. Not a bad thing but I just got a couple of catches on my swimwear. But lovely pool! Lovely host, couldn't have been nicer I'm sure would have been there if we needed her but we didn't as it was perfect. The only disappointment....I wish we had stayed longer.

Excellent apartment, very well decorated and very well equipped. The location is as central as possible within the city. Every need we had was within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket, bar and tourist attractions. It was the first time we were in a property without employees, where the entire check-in/out process was done by us via smartphone. Despite our fear, everything went very well. This apartment made us want to stay longer, but our travel plans didn't allow us to. It's a place we want to return to one day.

Cockatoos very cute but be careful not to leave the doors open.

Located 400 metres from Airlie Beach, Sunlit Waters Studio Apartments offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. We had an amazing time at Sunlit! The apartment was clean and the staff provided us towels, extra blankets, extra pillows and lots of kitchenware. The location is really convenient, everything is really close by, you can basically walk everywhere. We loved the swimming pool with a stunning view and the staff was really friendly!
