The facilities were clean, the vibe was relaxed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A special shoutout to Emir at reception — he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome. His energy really added to the positive atmosphere of the place. Thanks for the great experience — I’d definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. The place is such a gem itself in a quiet área just 15 min drive to Airlie Beach. The staff is super friendly and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very nice and include a variety or fruits and pastries. Would recomnend it 100%

Our stay at Airlie guesthouse was nothing less than AMAZING! From the moment we booked our stay, all the rest of our trip was figured out as well. Mick organised our airport transfer and advised us on the activities we should do, booked them for us and everything went super smooth. The guesthouse is a very nice and calm stay, with a beautiful view from the terrace. When you are enjoying the breakfast, you can even have the chance to have an interaction with the local cockatoos. Mick, you are an amazing host and a very pleasant person to have around. Cheers!

Located 400 metres from Airlie Beach, Sunlit Waters Studio Apartments offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Amazing views, very clean room. Relaxing vibe, easy, no hassle stay, cosy and peaceful. Pool was super refreshing and appreciated too. Perfect place to spend six nights in Airlie
