The accommodation was a small house with AC bedroom , separate kitchen with all you need if you decide to cook, , a sofa and a eating corner with a big table , bathroom and WC .It is in his back yard, in a garden with few other houses and a sitting place , if you want to eat outside or to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. It is 10 min walk from Oranjestad main street and from the marina with many restaurants and bars. You can reach best beaches by public bus from main bus station , also 10 min walk.

Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay (7 days) in the hotel. The staff was perfect, friendly, welcoming and always open for a quick chat. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and feature a small fridge, cups and glasses. Plates and cutlery is available upon request. The pool is a gem and we enjoyed it a lot. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The surroundings are very quiet, still it takes only 7-8 min by car to get to the city center, which is a perfect mix of proximity and remoteness. Very nice bathroom, overall very clean and well managed hotel. We enjoyed the 4-course menu of Melvin once - should have planned for a second time - because it was delicious, beautifully presented and just a highlight of our culinary trip. There is free coffee and tea available all day long. Especially well-suited for musicians given that there are at least 4 pianos in the hotel. The hotel manager took us with her car to the airport, an awesome service we would not have expected. Thank you very much for the great time.

A bus stop is at the end of the road and takes you into Palm Beach, or you can walk along the boardwalk if feeling active. Irish is also worth a mention...
