I was here during carnaval and it was a great place to have a “base”. A lot of space, good lockers, a lot of chill and common areas. It had restaurants and supermarkets super close. The staff was super nice and chill. Met many nice travelers to!!

Conveniently located in the heart of Santos, Sheraton Santos Hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach and a few steps from PraiaMar Shopping Mall. Nice breakfast - good selection. Guys at the front door were brilliant and very helpful.

Well located (4 minute walk from the bus station) so easy to get to and from the bus station and also very close to the historic downtown (5 minute walk). The workers were very friendly (let me borrow an adapter for charging my phone, always smiling, very pleasant). The highlight was the breakfast which was quite excellent. I did not use the pool. There was a large parking lot which could accomodate at least 10 cars. The rooms are good for 2 people. We squeezed 3 adults which was do-able but probably not for more than 1 or 2 days. 3 or even 4 people would be probably ok with 2 adults.

Our stay was perfect, especially the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the one who was even more helpful and extremely friendly was mister Anderson at the reception.
