Peaceful lakeside cottage great for a staycation. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakeside cottage. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet, scenic, and right by the water. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family especially loved spending time on the deck and enjoying the beautiful lake views. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Amenities were described accurately and our group enjoyed the sauna and hot tub on a cool Nov evening! Lots of detailed instructions for everything and the host was awesome at responding quickly as was the cleaner who had to come back to let us in as our code wasn’t working. All in all a very pleasant stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Next time will book a minimum of 2 nights and would definitely recommend.

Overlooking Peninsula Lake, this property offers motel rooms and cottages. It is just 10 km from Huntsville. All guest rooms include a fridge and coffee machine. Complimentary WiFi is provided. The owners were so helpful. They really went out of their way to help us.

Set in Huntsville, Blue Water Acres has a private beach area, water sports facilities and a tennis court, as well as free WiFi. Lovely spacious cottage in the first row in front of the water. Very tidy and quiet area with deer, turkeys and of course lots of squirrels spotted. Great facilities for free (pool&sauna until 10pm - nice sandy beach and plenty of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards. Also sports & playgrounds for kids. Cottage was nicely equipped with ok kitchen gear.
