The assistance was prompt and helpful as well over Booking.com chat. The restaurant food was top notch. We did boat riding which was free and a nice experience.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. This place was beautiful! Me and my 2 friends had a wonderful stay. The dinner each night was exceptional!

Easy access to the apartment with parking available just across the road. Clear communication with the host Annelis. We were provided with complimentary sweets and Nespresso pods. The apartment has a very good location, good views and awesome interiors, exactly as shown in the pictures. Exceptional stay, everything was so well organised. Parking in basement is very convenient, very well explained in instructions email. There is also elevator from the parking to the apartment. Disabled friendly access and also very suitable with senior citizens.
