This hotel was a 10+ for the location, staff and ambiance. Illiana was so helpful and sweet. She was so welcoming and kind to us and gave us info and a map, checked up with us and was the best! Wonderful and helpful staff, which was exceptionally friendly and professional, provided very helpful tips for stay/ area/ outings, with great communication. Learned, that the building has a lot of interesting history. Impeccably clean place. Spacious room and bathroom. Tasty, high quality and varied breakfast. Located in a (quiet, high quality) pedestrian zone, but accessible by car to drop off bags. Just a very short walk to the lakeside promenade, with lots of restaurants, and the boat landing. We had a great couple of days there and loved the area.
