They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

Amazing flat in Crans Montana, I couldn’t recommend this enough. Claudio was very nice and helpful and they were the best hosts. The place was easy to get to, right downtown and have an indoor parking space easy to access. The place was pristine and I felt right at home. Thank you so much for the stay!
