The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality, and it was a perfect way to start each day. Our apartment was very well-appointed, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The genuine hospitality made this place truly special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pucón.

Gourmet baked goods, seasonal fresh fruits and juices garnished with fresh herbs from their beautiful garden. The accommodations were clean and well designed. Walk to the lake was easy. Even though property is centrally located, the privacy and silence were great. Bird song surrounded us and the resident herons squawked in the trees, but NO traffic noise. The owners are friendly and attentive. Communications via WhatsApp were promptly answered. We will return and highly recommend.

The property is set 37 km from Ski Pucon, 24 km from Meneteue Hot Springs and 31 km from Villarrica National Park. The property features an outdoor pool and is located 18 km from Huerquehue National Park. The location is great - very close to the lake. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

Set in Pucón, Lucky's Hostel features barbecue facilities, terrace and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is within 17 km of Pucón Ski Centre, Ojos del Caburgua Waterfall and Villarrica Volcano. On arrival the owner waited up for almost an extra hour to check us in. He then proceeded to offer us a free home-made pizza that they’d made for guests earlier that night and commented “you must be hungry after your long travel.” The rooms were immaculate with very clean shared bathrooms. Large kitchen space with all utensils needed. The shared spaces were beautifully decorated with a homely, boutique, chalet-feel. The breakfast was 6,000 CLP and fantastic value for money. Fruit, cereals, yoghurt, eggs, even their own homemade bread!!! Everything about this place including the family that own it are 10/10. Lastly, the owner has great links with local companies and may be able to get you a deal on some tours. Cannot rate highly enough, fantastic value for money and all round experience. Thank you for having us and we hope to return one day!

Towels are provided. Yamil was very friendly and helpful providing both maps of Pucon and the local area with things to do. He was always only a text away. We will definitely be back🙏

Each room here features a seating area, private bathroom with free toiletries, cable TV and a minibar. Mountain and garden views can be enjoyed from here and a daily breakfast is included. Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

We had twice a very early check-in and could also leave our baggage in storage. Breakfast was very good (with eggs, fresh fruit etc).
