Everything works, the staff is great, everyone greets you with a smile, and the venue and location are 10/10. Our room was large enough, with a super-king bed. We were traveling with our kids (4 and 2 years old), and they added a bed at no extra cost. The kids' villa (or kids' club) was also great for the kids, they enjoyed every minute there. There was always someone there to help you. Would 100% stay again.

They even surprised me with a slice of cake to celebrate my birthday. Amazing location also with a lot of restaurants, bars and stores around it.

Casona de Colegio in Cartagena de Indias provides accommodation with a garden a terrace, an infinity pool and a bar. Beautiful and stylish builing in the Old Town. Amazing decor and really nice size rooms with comfortable beds. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our travel to Colombia, Casona del Colegio was definitely the best. It was also the only hotel where the staff spoke English which was important to us given that we don't speak Spanish. Everyone we met at the hotel was nice, friendly and super professional. I'd especially like to call out the reception/front desk staff for their hospitality and help. There's also a small pool area upstairs which offered a good view of the city and allowed us to relax during the hottest moments of the day. The beds are big and comfortable and I loved the size of the bathroom. We loved our stay at Casona del Colegio and felt very well taken care of and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

This is the best large hotel we have ever visited. All facilities were A+. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We had access to the lounge which had the best morning and afternoon buffets we have ever experienced. The location was ideal for our visit to the naval base, and it’s a reasonable walk to the old city.

The customer service at Barlovento is amazing! All the staff were really kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and beautiful.
