The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Ricardo. we had some problem with locking the door properly but they fixed it! we only had breakfast at the hotel, the granola for breakfast was amazing! the pancake and eggs was not as good :)

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and à la carte restaurant and a garden, Tiki Hut Hostel is located just a few steps from Palomino Beach right between Palomino and San Salvador rivers. Everythings lovely made and really good staff who take care of everything. Fair prices (bar & restaurant) and good food! We loved to stay there and even extended our stay. The obly downside are the beds, which are new but hard (normally in the beginning). Otherwise very comfortable and clean. Absolute recommendation.

This was the ideal base for exploring La Guajira—from Cabo de la Vela to the salt flats of Manaure. Whether you're here to relax or to adventure, this spot is a perfect launchpad.
