The peace and beauty of this beach deserves at least two nights. We were mostly served by Ruth and Kevin and they were incredible. It’s evident that everyone cares about their job and the experience of their visitors. We spent one night in a cabin and another in a hammock; both experiences were lovely and memorable. We took a moto taxi from Calabazo to the point where the descent starts and hiked down the mountain in 1h30min. This hike and place set us off onto a trip we will never forget.

Finca Barlovento Maloka, Tayrona Park is a beachfront Hotel located 2 km from the entrance of Tayrona National Park. Super nice location. Staff very gentle and available for any question. Highly recommended

The location is great, right at the beach, and mangrove forest right behind the house. There are good food options near by and bar next door. There is no shoes policy which keeps the place clean, but also gives you natural, comfortable and cozy feeling. It is decorated tastefully, with a lot of natural material, beautiful forest view, and sea breeze. Have in mind if you are coming from Europe or elsewhere the 110V plugs, the place has just enough infrastructure to feel comfortable, but be mindful it’s in nature. Setting is beautiful with river and the ocean, and staff was really helpful about where to eat, helping us arrange the transport from the airport, and we were pretty demanding guests. Also there have 3 adorable kitties in the house.

Perfect mix between luxury and nature. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious. It’s not clear on here but they also have access by boat to a really remote beach where they have a bar and you can order food from the restaurant for lunch. Will be coming back!

Great, affordable place. Along beach. Only one restaurant that is very close by. Shower had no hot water, but expected for the area. Keep doors and windows closed because many bugs in the area. Nice stay!

Definitely a different kind of accomodation. The glamping tents are really comfortable and the toilet and showers were a very interesting experience. Location is great, employees very friendly and kind, especialy Milena.

Boasting a restaurant, Magdalena Beach House is set in the sidewalk in Los Cocos. and also provides a bar and a garden. Guests can enjoy ocean and garden views. It's surrounded by nature. Very nice view from the room. 10 to 15 minutes walk from Playa Los Cocos, a beautiful beach, but be careful, the waves are sometimes big and strong. The breakfast was so good, we took the pancakes every morning. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and always smiling. The receptionist helped us with information on how to come from Santa Marta airport and booked a bus for us from this place to Cartagena. You can refill your bottle of water. It's 10 minutes by bus from Tayrona national park.
